I am a registered nurse with extensive clinical and managerial experience within various Clinical and Research settings. My passion for the profession has led to the development of Healthcare Services, Clinical Operations and staff engagement with a focus on quality and care improvement. I am passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams that promote quality and safety by developing strong relationships across disciplines and building high functioning teams.

I have over 22 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, including forensic mental health. I have diverse experience managing high-performing interdisciplinary teams in acute hospital inpatient units.
