My journey into the field of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) roots from personal experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I am passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and supporting them in being self-dependent. During my experience in the field, I have had opportunities to work with the age groups from 3 years to 14 years old with diverse culture and needs which has given me the knowledge to cater the interventions unique to them and their needs. I lean more towards natural environment training (NET) and child-led approaches, to make learning natural and fun for the learner. I have supported children and teenagers in a variety of skills including academics, social skills, daily living skills and functional communication including working with as alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) devices.
I love everything I do, and particularly enjoy working around self-regulation, daily living skills and functional communication. My goal is to create a safe space and a supportive environment for the person to grow and develop positive behaviour changes while making a difference in the lives of individuals and their families.
I look forward to connecting creatively with you.
