Hi, I'm Megan
I am a passionate educator with hands-on experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I bring a strong foundation in child and youth development through my varied experiences in educational and clinical settings.
During a session, I create an inclusive space that celebrates the whole individual. My approach is grounded in responsive practices in order to promote well-being. We will proactively build connections and embed opportunities for the client to participate in shared goal-planning. I specialize in adaptive behaviours, including reading, writing, daily living, and social skills. Through evidence-based strategies, I effectively monitor behaviour interventions, reinforce skill-building, and support the overall environment. I believe in the power of creativity, harnessing the strengths of each individual.
My diversified experiences reflect how I am a forward-thinking practitioner with strong interpersonal skills. I am dedicated to the helping profession and excited to collaborate with my clients and their families.
